SUMMARY:
SSC engaged Bloom Projects as they sought to make essential improvements to 111 South Jackson. This four-story historic building located in the Pioneer Square neighborhood of Seattle was in need of significant upgrades to make it competitive in the marketplace. Bloom Projects assembled the design team and lead a collaborative effort accomplish a design that would retain the historic character, preserve original details, yet bring the building to current code and functionality.
Simultaneous to the building restoration and renovation, Bloom Projects worked with the leasing team to successfully execute a lease with Microsoft, and a full building TI project was implemented as well.
The project included upgrades to the structural and seismic systems, building exterior, roof replacement, HVAC system, fire alarm system, elevator system, and atrium. Bloom Projects met every objective and successfully delivered the project on schedule and on budget.
