SUMMARY:

Spear Street Capital (SSC) engaged Bloom Projects for initial plan review and comments to ensure that the design aligned with current market needs and anticipated high-tech tenants. Once the project was launched, Bloom Projects role expanded to include monitoring of construction site progress, budget management, and project reporting. Simultaneous to the shell/core construction, Bloom Projects oversaw Amazon’s Tenant Improvements, as they related to SSC’s project funding.

The project was highly successful and resulted in the project delivering on time and budget.
